Being built to connect with
Why Nerro
Built for the business owner, not the developer.
A no-code builder still asks you to design the flow. Nerro writes the whole thing from a plain description of your business. Nothing to configure.
Most AI voice platforms give you a no-code builder, but you still design the call flow, prompts and rules yourself.
Nerro writes the entire configuration for you from one plain-language description of your business. There's no flow to design.
Most AI voice platforms say “booked” the moment the conversation sounds right.
Nerro says it only after your calendar actually confirms it, and says so plainly when it can’t.
Most AI voice platforms run one generic script for every business.
Nerro gives each industry its own escalation rules: a dental emergency isn’t a plumbing one, and it shouldn’t be handled like one.
Most AI voice platforms let the AI execute whatever it decides.
Nerro holds anything above a limit you set for a person to approve. The AI proposes; you stay in control.
Most AI voice platforms compete on cold-call speed and campaign volume.
Nerro only calls someone it already has a real reason to call back. Never a stranger, never a blasted list.
Product
Every call, with proof of what happened.
Each call shows what the AI did: who called, what they needed, which actions were taken and whether the systems behind them confirmed it.
Outbound
Closing the loop, not cold dialing.
Not built yet. When it ships, Nerro only calls someone it already has a real reason to call back: a missed call, a requested callback. Never a stranger, never a blasted campaign.
Calling back (555) 019-2281…
Closing the loop on a call Nerro already missed, not a cold dial.
AI employees
Backup, not a replacement.
Pick a role. Nerro builds the teammate, its rules and what it is not allowed to do. Your people stay in charge.

Reliability
It never says “you're booked” unless you are.
Nerro puts truthful execution ahead of smooth conversation. An action is reported as done only when the system behind it confirms it. And every caller can reach a person.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell Nerro what your business does and what the employee should handle. Nerro writes the behavior, rules and hand-off settings for you. Advanced settings exist later, but you never need them.
Can it take real calls and book appointments today?
Not yet. Today you can create an account, describe your business and create a configured AI employee in draft. Phone numbers, real calls and calendar booking are being built next, and the dashboard will always show what is and is not connected.
What happens when the AI can't help?
It transfers to a person, or takes a message and says plainly that someone will call back. It is set up to never leave a caller stuck and never to claim something happened when it didn't.
How do I know it actually did the work?
An action counts only when the system behind it confirms it. A booking is reported as booked only after the calendar confirms it. If it fails, the AI says so and offers real alternatives.
Are calls recorded?
Recording will be off unless you turn it on. Recording and consent laws differ by state and country, so you control the setting and Nerro will flag when legal review is needed.
Which businesses is it for?
Home-service trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, roofing, landscaping, appliance repair) and professional practices (dental, legal, real estate, property leasing, restaurants) today. Industries are data, not code, so adding more is straightforward.
How much does it cost?
$99 a month for one AI employee, one phone number and 500 minutes. Extra minutes, numbers and texts show as separate line items, not a surprise overage. Early access: configuring an employee is open now; billing switches on at launch and you won't be charged before then.
Is it legal for an AI to answer my business calls?
Yes, the same disclosure and consent rules apply as any answering service, and they vary by state and country. Nerro doesn't assume the law away: recording stays off until you turn it on, and the dashboard flags when a legal review is worth getting.
Will it sound like a robot?
The goal is natural, turn-taking conversation, not a phone-tree menu. Voice quality depends on the speech provider behind it, and Nerro is built so that provider can be swapped without rewriting the employee, so quality improves over time instead of being locked in on day one.
How is this different from an answering service or IVR?
An IVR makes callers punch through a menu; a human answering service can't see your calendar or CRM. Nerro's AI employee does both at once: plain conversation, plus the ability to check real availability, capture details and take action in your systems instead of just relaying a message.
Your next employee doesn't need a desk.
Tell Nerro about your business and get a configured AI employee in minutes.
